Community Maternity Services has been providing adoption services since the 1970's. Currently, these services include providing resources and linkages to adoption agencies throughout New York State, and providing post-adoptive support for families who have been involved in our adoption program.
Are You Searching for Your Birth Family?
Community Maternity Services can assist you in the search process if you are an adult adoptee or birth parent who placed their child for adoption with Community Maternity Services or the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany.
We can provide non-identifying and medical information about your birth family. We can assist you with registering with the New York State Adoption and Medical Information Registry.
