CMS’ Kinship Care Program

CMS’ Kinship Care Program would like to recognize and thank the Barry Gold Memorial Fund for their donation of $5,000 to the “Kinship Care - Increasing Caregivers' Capacities” project for the funding year 8/18/16-7/30/17.  This generous donation will help support grandparents raising their grandchildren through case-management, counseling and support groups in Albany, Schenectady and Rensselaer Counties.
