• Community Maternity Services (CMS), an agency of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany, in Warren and Washington Counties.

  Provides home based support services to pregnant teens and adolescent parents in Warren and Washington Co.

• CMS offers a Parent Education Program, which are home based. This program covers a variety of parenting issues including, co-parenting, discipline, positive communication, healthy routines, and building self-esteem.

   

• CMS also provides Case Management services. This program includes assistance with goal planning, education, employment, transportation, childbirth education, infant care, child development, and life skills.
